Muisc is a great stress reliever... & most especially spiritually derived music. I know many who listen to contemporary spiritually based music all the time, and I am sure their stress levels are lower because of it.
As much as I enjoy rock, blues and jazz, and recorded country for a long time...if the music has a message- it makes a big difference for me.
That is where my inspiration comes from too..musically speaking.
Hope you feel the same, and have or will add to your regular listening, some well played, well sung inspirational sounds.
It is a joy as a musician to know your songs are touching someone ...

HIgh Holidays
The Days of Awe ended with an awesome day! A usually beautiful day with a packed house for 11 am Yom Kippur aservices, followed by Yizkor, then a three hour praise and worship service, closed out with the final hours of services to " close the door" and await the sounding of the final 30 shofar blasts.
The beautiful 20 second blast closed the day, prior to a "break the fast" meal that was fabulous.
Many spent the day in deep worship and praise while being mindful of the sinful nature they had shown over the past year...and the prayers of forgiveness rang thru the whole day.
It was a great holiday this year, with 15 ir more salvations and a very attentive and worshipful crowd.
Hallelujah!
No on to Succot!

What a blessing!
We led praise and worship for about 400 people. The room was electric with wonderful liturgical vocals by our Cantor Rick, who was awesome.
The Rabbi's message was about G-d's promises to us, and there are so many he could only touch upn some in the time he had to share.
We enjoyed the Spirit filled atmosphere and the Days of Awe kicked off with the sounding of the shofar,a nd later multiple shofars as congreants brought their own to blow.
A great service at CBH.

Leading worship at CBH
My group leads worship at Congregation Beth Hallel (Bethhallel.org) Wed Night Erev Rosh Hashonah at 7 PM, and my son and the CBH youth group leads Thusday morning at 11.
We also will lead at Yom Kippur a week from Saturday at 11 am.

It is a terrific time of the year to reflect, regroup and regather your thought about how you are living your life.
Is it time to get closer to G-d? To rethink whether or not you have your priorities straight.
Are you happy? Are you treating your body the way it needs to be cared for?
So much to be thankful for and so much more to improve on!
My prayer for you is that you will get closer to HIM in the next year and continue to grow in faith and personal relationships with those who are important in your life.

New web site
I have been quite busy designing and building a web site for the Atlanta Prophecy Conference and the new book release..."On the Brink of the Rapture".
The book is an exciting and well written one on the 40 reasons why we may be on the brink as the title states. Rev Frieda Porter does a great job of putting it all together.
The book is for sale, but also will be offered around the world for free through the web site.
It is presently being translated into many languages to make this important information available to as many people as possible.

G-d continues to bless Israel
Gotta love this-
"An Israeli oil prospecting and production firm announced it has struck a commercial amount of the black substance in central Israel, Army Radio reported on Wednesday.
Givot Olam Oil Ltd notified the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange of the find in its “Megev Five” drill near the town of Rosh Ha’ayin, saying it can produce 470 barrels of oil a day.
The Industry, Trade and Labor Ministry said in response that the ministry’s head of oil affairs had not yet received the relevant test results, thus preventing it from declaring a commercial amount of oil.
The prospected find comes in the wake of an unrepresented amount of natural resources being discovered in Israel in recent months.
